About the Author
A registered dietitian with a master's degree in nutritional science, Rachel Beller founded the Beller Nutritional Institute in Beverly Hills. You've seen her deliver her get-real advice on NBC's hit series The Biggest Loser, Oxygen Channel's Dance Your A** Off, Dr. Drew's Lifechangers, Extra TV, Dr. Oz, The Rachael Ray Show, and more. She's also the go-to dietitian for Glamour magazine, where she helped design the "Body by Glamour" section. Rachel serves as a spokesperson for the American Cancer Society and sits on numerous professional advisory boards for major health organizations.
