Bruce DeSilva spent forty-one years as a journalist before writing Rogue Island, his first novel, which won the 2011 Edgar and Macavity Awards for Best First Novel. Now he returns in Providence Rag with Liam Mulligan, an old-school investigative reporter for a dying newspaper in Providence, Rhode Island. Mulligan, his pal Mason, and the newspaper they both work for about to hit an ethical crossroad.

TOM ABRAHAMS is a Texas television reporter and anchor who has spent more than 20 years covering local, national, and international news. He's reported live from the White House, Capitol Hill, and the United Nations.He reported from the Pentagn during 9/11 and followed the story through to cover the meetings between Secretary of State Colin Powell and the United Nations Security Council concerning war in Iraq. Tom lives in the Houston suburbs with his wife, Courtney, and their two children.
