Participating in an online bookfair means that your entire purchase* at bookpeople.com benefits your school's fundraiser! Each bookfair features lists of great books, but if you are looking for more selections, that's great! You can select items from our entire site and add them to your cart. No matter what you decide to buy, be sure to follow these instructions at checkout to ensure that your school is properly credited:
- On the checkout screen, select the box indicating that you are participating in an online bookfair. This option is located just below the "Customer information" checkout pane.
- Select your school from the available options.
- Complete checkout as usual & congratulate yourself for supporting your school's fundraising effort as well as your local independent bookstore! Thank you!
* Exclusions: gift cards/e-gift codes, virtual event tickets, cafe purchases, donations, & shipping fees.
Repeat! Place as many orders as you want during your school's bookfair!
Other things to know about online bookfairs -
ALL orders placed during a school bookfair will be filled after a bookfair ends unless otherwise noted on the bookfair page. We do try to do this as quickly as possible, but it may take up to two weeks after a fair ends depending on availability.
Keep an eye on your email for notifications from us - we may have questions for you or updates about your order. Be sure to check spam folders!
You will be notified by email when your order ships or is ready to be picked up.
Your credit card, or other method of payment, will be charged when you place your order and it is confirmed by BookPeople staff.
Please direct questions about your order to email@example.com. Our store staff does not have access all the details about your order.
