Foulsham: Iremonger No. 2
We’re delighted to once again welcome beloved Austin children’s author Edward Carey, this time to celebrate the second book in the Iremonger series! The borough of Foulsham is awash in filth, and Grandfather Umbitt Iremonger has found a way to turn people into ordinary objects and to make objects assume the shapes of people. Umbitt's nemesis Clod is turned into a gold coin and is being passed around the city, and Umbitt builds an army of animated objects to locate him. Discarded in the heaps as a clay button is Lucy Pennant. Can they be found and returned to human form? Join us as we celebrate this latest mesmerizing installment!
