He's also an accomplished musician, picking his guitar tunes all over the world. Robert Knott is picking up Robert B. Parker's western mystery series with The Bridge, a gritty, gun-slinging novel featuring itinerant lawmen Virgil Cole and Everett Hitch. It's gonna be a hoot and a holler tonight, come on out!

Mike Blakely is the author of nearly 20 books, including A Tale out of Luck that he co-authored with Willie Nelson, and last year’s What Are the Chances, which he co-wrote with Kenny Rogers. His novel Summer of Pearls won the Spur Award for Best Novel in 2001. Blakely makes his home in Marble Falls, Texas.

Robert Knott is an actor, writer, and producer. His extensive list of stage, television, and film credits include the feature film Appaloosa based on the Robert B. Parker novel, which he adapted and produced with actor and producer Ed Harris. This is his first novel.
