Born in New York City and raised in Glen Ridge, NJ, this East Coast native earned her individualized Bachelor's Degree in Food Anthropology from New York University in 2011 before relocating to Austin, TX in late 2012 to study pastry & confection at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and flee unapologetically cold winter seasons forever.

Diana studied studio art & design throughout her life but discovered an interest in culinary arts before merging the two creative fields. She is currently the Director of Marketing at Lick Honest Ice Creams based in Austin, TX
